 The art prints are not sold with the frame.

We use the frame only for presentation purposes.

 

The art work it is carefully packaged and delivered in a rigid cardboard mailer tub.

It can be easily stretched and framed by a local framer upon arrival.

You can also do this at home, using the tube in which the photo was sent.

The colors may vary in final product due to different monitor settings.

 

Returns

We print to order for all purchases, so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your inner and outer space.

Feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion.

 

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please contact us at hello@alinacaramfil.com within 30 days of receiving the piece.

We require you to return the product to us. We will arrange a reprint for you as a matter of priority, free of charge.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you want to buy a print as a gift for a friend, we can deliver the item directly to the desired address.
